The Procurement Information Booklet (PIB) has been created as an online form to allow Rolls-Royce suppliers to create and update their company’s information electronically.
As a prime U.S. Government contractor or higher tier subcontractor, Rolls-Royce must verify certain information about its suppliers. The information which you provide below will be requested annually, thereby negating the requirement to collect this information prior to the award of each individual purchase order during the year. However, you are responsible for immediately notifying Rolls-Royce of any changes in the information that occur at any time.
Submission of this information does not constitute your firm as a Rolls-Royce approved supplier nor obligate Rolls-Royce to solicit quotes from or award purchase orders to your firm. Rolls-Royce relies upon the information you provide in evaluating your firm as a potential supplier.
Prior to the award of any purchase order, you may be required or given an opportunity to provide additional information which is specific to that purchase order. For example, you may be asked what rights, if any, the Government will acquire in technical data or computer software to be delivered or developed in order to perform the purchase order.
By accepting any order from Rolls-Royce your firm is reaffirming that the information provided below is correct, and that you will comply with the terms as set forth on the face of the purchase order, the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and the Rolls-Royce Corporation Requirements for Purchases Made In Support of US Government Contracts.
The information supplied by your company is critical because it facilitates payment of your company for material or services, identifies points of contacts within your company to quickly resolve issues, and gathers information from you that the US Government requires.
Attention:
A completed registration consists of two parts:
- An electronic form that is submitted online. Before you will be able to save a page on the online form, you will need to complete all fields preceded by an asterisk.
- The Word Document GT6891-1 that is printed, electronically or manually filled in, signed and mailed, faxed or scanned/emailed to Rolls-Royce per the instructions on the Header of the Form.
Rolls-Royce counts on you to furnish the information as current, accurate and complete. Accordingly you agree that in the event of any submitted information changing, you will notify the Rolls-Royce Corporation PIB Administrator promptly.
The registration form should take no more than 30 minutes to complete provided you have all the required information. You do not have to fill in the whole form in one sitting, you can save your details and login at a later date to complete the form.
The submission of the online form will not be fully valid until the signed, hard copy of the form GT6891-1 has been received.
